Why they chose this property

I bought this property as part of my retirement plans so I can spend time between the beach and the city. In Playa Caracol you have the luxury of viewing the beach and the mountains at the same time while having a great time with family and friends.

What makes this property unique

There is a surf club/academy that provides classes and rent equipment. The place has a bar/restaurant and BBQ places available for a fee. In addition the complex has paddle and tennis courts available and also you can play soccer on the beach.
