Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, laundry, 4k roku TV's, fast internet, front and back porch and much more. Primary Bedroom has king-size bed w/ attached bathroom. Centrally located near Belmont Abbey, Catawba River, Whitewater Center and CLT. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. Locally owned VRBO with over 2200 5 star reviews.

We have full-time staff members in charge of co-hosting this property. All local. We also have contractors if needed with any problems. Ring security camera is located at porch door for safety. Noise monitor to verify no parties. No cameras inside anywhere.
