Best Location w/ Full-Time Maid Included
This unit is the result of a dream project. Karina and I wanted to design a place that anyone can enjoy in a city we love. Everything is modern and designed for today's needs. It's located on a top floor of Medellin's best neighbourhood.
In the morning or between 2 meetings, find yourself lounging on the patio chair sipping coffee, listening to your favorite music and overlooking the city. Moments like these make this place memorable. Make this place your home away from home.
The unit comes with a maid. She will clean, cook breakfast & lunch. She will be there Monday to Friday from 7h30am to 3pm except holidays. There is no extra charge.

The Space
Rooms are multifunctional. Two bedrooms are equipped with Murphy beds allowing you to use the space as you wish (sleep, yoga, baby room..). All bedrooms are equipped with their own full bathrooms so everyone can enjoy their privacy.
Work from home with 2 dedicated workspaces offering an external monitor, ergonomic chairs and high speed internet.
All furniture are custom made and designed to resist. You will appreciate the quality.
Views are exceptional and unobstructed. You can see the whole city and even further. At night, the city lights up like a second sky.

No keys required! Every guest will receive a temporary code valid for the duration of their stay. All guests will be sharing the same code.
Aguacatala train station is nearby.
