This is a time share at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort and Spa in Cabo San Lucas. We love Cabo San Lucas, and this resort, but just can't get there every year! I miss it!
This is a floating week which means I can reserve anytime based on availability. I can check on availability for your preferred dates or date range and usually have a response within a day.
This is a Presidential Suite. The rooms are beautiful with views of the ocean from every part of the room, even the bathroom if you open the blinds. There are two private bedrooms (one with a King and one with two Queens), as well as a separate living area with a full kitchen and pull-out sofa (sleeping 8 in total). There are 2 bathrooms; one is privately connected to the King bedroom with a stand-up shower, jacuzzi tub, private toilet, and large closet. The second bathroom can be accessed from both the main area and second bedroom and features a shower and stand-up toilets. Both bathrooms are large with double sinks. The room will also have a spacious balcony or patio (depending on location).
This resort is beautiful and includes 6 pools, hot tubs, gym, and spa. You have access to the beach and Pacific Ocean, but it is not swimmable. Free shuttles to sister resorts ~15 mins away run all day, with free access to swimmable private beaches and Medano Beach on the gulf side.
In addition to a beautiful pool, spa, salon, fitness center, and beach access, other amenities include:
-Purified water (yes, we drink the water on site)
-6 restaurants and bars on site and access to sister properties
-24-hour room service
-Tennis courts
-Child and adult-only pool areas
-Kids Club
-Resort and off-site activities
-Business Center
-Concierge and 2-hour Front Desk
-Dry Cleaning
-Twice-daily housekeeping
-Fully equipped kitchenette
There are wonderful restaurants available at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and their sister resorts. I highly recommend booking a meal plan (to essentially make this an all-inclusive), which can be done directly with the resort once the reservation is made. There are even plans that include transportation, spa discounts, etc., or these things can be booked separately.
Other comments/details:
•I have stayed it with guests ranging in age from 1 to 77, and we all had a great time.
•The resort overlooks the Pacific at the tip of the Peninsula…you can see the ocean from anywhere within your room or on the resort. Workout in the gym while watching the waves crash, view them from anywhere in your room, or while lounging at the pool.
•A flamingo park and birds in outdoor cages add to the beauty of this resort.
•The main pool features a waterfall, a separate hot tub, a swim-up bar, and a area in the pool with seats and jets! A nice breeze off the ocean also makes it very comfortable even on the very hot days. Daily activities at the pool while I was there included Bingo, pool volleyball, water polo, water aerobics, and more. Plenty of activities for young children and adults. If you would prefer not to participate or watch the activities, there is an activity and child-free pool.
•The entire resort is walkable, but free carts are also available to transport you from place to place. Taxis to town are around $10, and a free shuttle also runs from the resort. There are also free shuttles to the sister resorts.
•The restaurants have great service and your reservation can be converted to an all-conclusive for a fee (this would be done directly with the resort after booking).
•Sunset Beach offers prime whale watching in season…seen from anywhere on the property. Cabo offers great fishing (marlin, mahi mahi). You can even take your mahi mahi to local restaurants to cook up for you. You can fish right off the shore at the resort. Other local activities include waverunners, parasailing, ATV tours, booze cruises, and more.
