This completely remodeled private apartment is located in a lovely historic farmhouse and has pastoral views of gardens, fields and nearby forest. Its located 3 miles south of the University of Oregon. It has its own separate entry with new cherry cabinets, appliances, flooring and granite. It has a 60" TV with surround sound. The master bedroom has a king size bed with with a comfortable memory foam mattress. Enjoy the tranquility or hike the Ridgeline trail to the top Spencer Butte.
The space
Everything is new and fresh with a relaxed atmosphere. Take advantage of indoor or outdoor living with plenty of privacy, views and greenery. This entire unit has been newly rebuilt with cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, crown molding, new flooring and quality fixtures throughout. It comes complete with a 60 inch TV, DVR, Surround Sound and WIFI. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your own private use. The location provides great privacy in a relaxed country like setting. You have access to your own private patio, complete with a table for six, a gas barbecue, an outdoor ping pong table and an indoor foosball table for your enjoyment!

Redwood excursion

Outstanding stay

A beautiful location and we loved the Crest Heights walking trail nearby. We picked it for the recliners but very nicely furnished. The hosts checked several times to see if we needed anything but also gave us our space.

Wonderful cozy space

My daughter stayed with her 2 kids (7 & 2) and husband for four nights and it was a perfect fit. The location is 3 blocks from us so they could walk several times a day. The space was quiet and comfortable.

I traveled with my daughters too go to a family event. We chose this place because it was close to the event, but we loved it so much we plan on coming back for fun. Beautiful location. Great decor and fun additions like a foosball table.

The description doesn’t do the property justice. It is in a beautiful location with a private outdoor space. The inside is very well taken care of and has everything needed for a vacation. The owners were very accommodating and accessible if needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Surroundings

Crest View is a very comfortable home away from home. There is nothing to complain about or improve - it’s such a wonderful place to stay! The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is spacious. It’s also very quiet. We wish we had time to play ping pong!

House sits in a great neighborhood. The property inside and out was beautiful. Nice size rooms with top notch amenities. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. If you didn’t want to eat out, had a full size beautiful kitchen to cook in. Close location to all of Oregon’s sports events. We will definitely stay here again!

Even in the rain - WONDERFUL stay!

The beautiful setting of this VRBO must be seen to fully appreciate. Even though we did not spend a lot time outside, we appreciated the private and restful outdoor area. Inside, we had every amenity needed for an enjoyable stay. The host, Fran, was very helpful and ensured we were well cared for at Crest View. We are so grateful - thank you Fran!

Super Nice All The Way Around

Fran and Frank were very nice and friendly in welcoming us to their apartment home for our stay! They recommended the best places to eat when we asked. Apartment was very clean and very nice, with granite countertops, walk-in glass door shower and crown molding everywhere. The outside yard area was one of our favorite parts of our 2 day stay. It's very scenic. Thank you again Fran and Frank! We had a great start and would stay at your home again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful spot (even in an ice storm)

Fran was wonderful to accommodate our late arrival in the midst of a once-in-a-lifetime (we all hope) ice storm. In normal weather this place would be amazing -- the hill to get to it was difficult to navigate when covered with 2" of ice, but honestly, that's never happened in Eugene in our lifetimes and so your odds are good when you stay that the hill will just provide beautiful views! The home is well-equipped for folks who want (or need) to cook on-site and the hosts were helpful in the extenuating circumstances of that storm. Highly recommend.

Worth the money.

The place was awesome. We would have called it a two bedroom, both where in rooms with doors. The king size bed was in a very big room. We loved the landscape and different places to sit. The bathroom was very nice but it could use better lighting. The owner Fran is very people friendly. It is on a hill and the neighborhood has great walking paths with refreshing foliage. Will come again provided we travel that way.
