Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront home on Gun Lake. Enjoy morning sunrises and evening sunsets from the large deck overlooking the water. This home offers incredible views of the lake from the elevated deck. The lower seating area at the water level provides even more outdoor space. Kayaks, paddle boards, and a fire pit are all provided to enjoy the summer days and evenings! The shallow sandy lake bottom is ideal for kids paddling or playing in the water. Rent or bring a boat and tie up at the dock. Enjoy walks in the woods directly across the street.
Inside enjoy the views of the lake from the main level living area, and the kitchen, dining and living area provides an open feel as you spent time at the lake. The lower master suite has french doors that open out to the main deck and you can see the water from the queen bed. The upstairs level has 2 large bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds) and a bathroom. The additional upstairs seating area provides another place to relax. The main level includes a fourth bedroom and another bathroom.
