Splendid villa, overlooking conservation area, with private pool and games room

Serendib Villa is a splendid villa situated on the prestigious development known as 'Calabay Parc' which is only 15 minutes from Disney, and built on a conservation lot with beautiful views of forest to the rear.

While on vacation, we prefer the comforts of home. Therefore, we renovated our villa as a luxurious home away from home with brand new top-of-the-line furniture and state of the art equipment. Our villa offers ultimate luxurious and spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your well earned vacation complete and memorable. It is the perfect place to return to and relax at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks.
It has amazing views from the decking area of sunset over the conservation land at the rear of the villa itself, should you be able to tear yourself away from the theme parks early enough.

Place was nice
I loved the place, I would recommend it to anyone. Only complaint was it needs to have a day of maintenance. Few things we found needing to be fixed. AC unit stopped working on last two days, shower head was broken, jacuzzi light stopped working, bedroom drawers need fixing, some light bulbs need replacing. And smoked detectors need replacing. Stove didn’t work in beginning. I still thought place was really nice and had a great time. I also want to thank owner for giving us a month of heat for pool. That honestly made the trip so thank you. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it to anyone.

Property as described. Overall, very pleased with the full experience. Property owner was superb in communications and timeliness of responses. Only "complaints" (and I say that lightly). The beds are more firm than I prefer, but my spouse was pleased with the mattress. Some cleaning issues such as some other reviewers have mentioned, namely in bathroom fans, etc. But those are very minimal.Overall, this was a 5-star property. Especially considering the price.

Our family of four had more room than we even needed with five bedrooms and four bathrooms! The pool was great for relaxing in the evenings. My boys loved the pool table. I was able to wash laundry before heading back home! Overall, great experience!

House was huge and nice! Got in before the 4pm check in time. One of the drains didn’t work upstairs and the pool was dirty but contacted the property manager and they had a pool cleaner come out the next day! House was a little dirty but nothing major. Good bang for your buck

We enjoyed our stay. There were some issues with the AC; the owner kindly sent maintenance out at 10pm and the maintenance people were quite rude. The owner was apologetic about this and remedied it. There's lots of space for the family to spread out.

Grand Disney Vacation
Thank you to the host for your hospitality. This was a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place that has enough room for the entire family. The pictures for the listing don't do it much justice. You have to see it for yourself. The location is convenient to the Disney Parks and shopping. The host was quick to respond the two times that I had to contact them. This is most definitely on my favorites list.

The home is very nice. Very clean! Plenty of room for our family to spread out. The younger ones enjoyed the game room. Plenty of bath towels. The only thing missing was kitchen towels & pot holders so I bought some & left them for all of the next guests to use. The pool & spa are very nice! Having TV's in each bedroom is very convenient. The extra den is nice. Although the neighborhood is busy it's very quiet. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We had 8 people in our group and this home was plenty spacious for us all which was great because my kids argue in small spaces 😅 Location is great with it being so close to many stores/restaurants. I saw some reviews about the stove top before booking but the only issue was the front left burner. As long as you set it on high it works great! If we ever go back down there we would definitely stay here again.
