Forget your worries at this tropical oasis. We're located in the popular neighborhood of Gulf Cove, central to Port Charlotte, Englewood & North Port. Sitting on .5 acre of land with many fruit trees, exotic plants & flowers plus a Heated Pool & Hot Spa. We are close to Beaches, restaurants & shops. Capable of sleeping up to 8 adults in a King size Suite, 2 Queen bedrooms & Queen-size pull-out bed in the Parlor. Pets welcome EXCEPT CATS (due to allergies). Plenty of room for parking.

Second stay

We love the local area, great neighborhood for walking,close to beaches and businesses. House is as listed, all that I would do is add a few personal touches,as well as a mirror or bureau in bedrooms.Owners are awesome to work with.

A nice place…..

Doug and Danielle were very nice hosts and responded as soon as we contacted them. We use VRBO for most of our trips and have been very happy with all of our rentals. The home was clean but spartan. The hosts are just getting used to the rental business and are still fine tuning things. The only issue we had was with the pool heater and we lost a couple of days. Doug was addressing the problem and I’m sure things will be fine. The location of this property is great…..not too far from the beach and close to golf and shopping. The patio area with the pool and hot tub is comfortable and private.

Peaceful Paradise

All was as pictured , and house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches and anything else you may need. Owners were very responsive and prompt with any questions we had. Only issue keypad on hot tub for jets mostly don't work, probably needs new keypad, it was still nice to sit in after a long day.

Relaxing and cozy

Although brief, we enjoyed our time at the property. Everything was handy and clean. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The back patio was lovely for just sitting and visiting. The property is a short drive from restaurants and shopping and water recreation. We are already discussing a longer visit with our friends at Port Charlotte and would love to rent the property for our next stay in the area. Thank you to our hosts for their prompt responses to our questions.

Englewood Tropical Fun

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Split bedrooms, nice sized kitchen and dining area. The lanai had a heated pool and hot tub which was fun for the grandkids. Dog friendly was a plus. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and 10 minutes to beach.

Great venue

We came as a family to see my sister who is battling cancer. She lives in a nearby neighborhood. My brother and sister appreciated the choice of this house. They flew from other states. There was laundry soap, hand soaps, welcoming trail mix bags. There was coffee, spices, paper towel to last for the four days. We are appreciative, would highly recommend, Thank you so much!

Cozy place!

This cute and cozy home was the perfect stay for my friends and I! We spent the day at the beach and came back to a lovely pool and hot tub. The place was clean and open and in such a convenient location!
