Property off the beaten path down a long dirt road. Offers a lot of privacy. We were in Wayne Co. for work so we didn't get to use the property and pond during the day. Given the lack of hotels, this property suited us perfectly. If anyone plans to use the upstairs, use caution on the stairs. Use GPS to the road without the number as it will take you somewhere else. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in the area.
The cabin and property were absolutely perfect. Everything was clean and the grounds were beautiful. Walked the property in the morning after coffee on the enclosed porch and enjoyed grilling and hanging on the deck in the afternoon. The tub was perfect and the dark skies were mesmerizing!
This is the place to stay if you come to this town. It's perfect for family or hunters. It has a gorgeous view. Plenty of room, everything worked, plenty of parking, towels, amenities, and friendly people. We will be looking for this property next year when we come back.
If you are looking for a remote get away this place checks the box! Beautiful area but not close to anything touristy if you are wanting to visit places. We went for a weekend away so it was perfect. Lots of beds so good for families and groups. Very good communication with owners. Would stay here again. If looking for something to do in the area, Gobler Springs distillery was a neat place to see and tour.
We really enjoyed the quiet location. Cell service was not good but they had updated WIFI so everything was great. The wild life in the morning and hot tub in the evening. Every thing we needed for a long, relaxing, weekend.
This is place is just as advertised. Its quiet and a great place for family!

My family have absolutely loved this cabin! It is peaceful! And has beautiful views! My kids loved the pond and going fishing! They also enjoyed the hot tub. We will definitely be back! And I would recommend this property to family and friends! My kids 15, 11, and 4 are already asking when we are coming back.
This cabin was perfect for our weekend stay! We had a family reunion, everyone enjoyed fishing in the pond as well as the huge yard for the kids to play! The enclosed front porch was beautiful, it was nice to be able to sit and relax enjoying the view in a cool room since it was so hot outside! Spacious, secluded, clean. The cabin was perfect.
We had a wonderful time, the cabin was beautiful, the hot tub was clean and enjoyable the setting is quiet and relaxing! Everything was more than we expected! Thank you so much!!
The proprety is amazing. We had so much fun and it was a perfect place to stay. The fishing pond, the fire pit and the hot tub are the best extras for us to cool down after our days.
This house was wonderful and fit all our needs for a weekend away. Our only issue was the steepness of the staircase to the second level. My 2 year old couldn’t do it safely and grandma was terrified she would fall too. But there are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first level so we just had the big kids sleep upstairs and it worked out.
Went here for our anniversary. But there is plenty of space, plenty of beds for big family fun. It was quiet, secluded, well maintained. We enjoyed the views, the peace and quiet, the size of the space. Definitely a great one!
Had an amazing trip. The property is gorgeous. Being from a big city it was nice to be secluded and away from everything. We seen so many animals. My daughter enjoyed the hot tub. The pond has bass for fishing. So much to see and enjoy. I will say the road in is very long and when you think your going the wrong way just keep going. Overall a 10/10 and hope to come back. Thank you!
The cabin was spacious and comfortable and the valley was secluded and private. Absolutely beautiful property, perfect for a getaway with good friends!
First ... if you're reading this review before you go... ignore your GPS. Don't take the Natchez Trace! Take the little road before the Trace, which will take you to Orvilla Road. Then, the turn off for the property is JUST PAST the overpass bridge at a black gate. We spent an hour in the dark wandering the wilderness!
Once we arrived, we didn't leave the property. We didn't even get dressed ... we went straight from PJs to swimsuits and back to PJs all weekend! The property was so beautiful, well equipped for snacking all day, a terrific living room for us to sit comfortably and talk and laugh and make great memories!
Thank you for sharing this fabulous resort with us!

Why they chose this property
It's close to hitting the highway but makes you feel like you are far from everything. Great place to explore or just relax.
