Why they chose this property
I chose this property because I love restoration and waterfront. I do not like to tear something down and start from scratch if it has good bones. And who does not love a great quirky Mid-Century modern rehab.

What makes this property unique
This property is very unique. I had to work with what I had and it was a hodge-podge of a connected duplex and add on's since 1962.
It scared most people. However, I saw the potential and built on that. It is Olde Florida vs. Mid Century morphed and now we have an amazing home that is self-contained, homey and welcoming for everyone.
I love this home so much I could easily live here full time!
