Beachfront Condo ~2BD / 2BA ~ Free Seasonal Beach Service

Mainsail 131 is cozy retreat perfectly situated on the third floor in building one with breathtaking Gulf views, easy access to the pool and to the beach access directly below a few floors. The living area offers vibrant pastels with a cozy sofa sleeper with matching loveseat, a dining table for six, and four bar stools at the breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen is nicely updated with teal green Corian counters, full-size appliances, light wood cabinetry, and all the housewares needed to prepare meals at your home away from home. The master bedroom faces the Gulf with private access to the patio, a king bed with cozy bedding, occasional chair, and access to an ensuite private bathroom with a nicely updated custom tiled shower, and a really nice granite single vanity with a seat. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and another nicely updated bathroom right next to it with a shower/tub combo and another fine granite vanity. Enjoy the use of a private washer and dryer during your stay tucked away into the kitchen area. This property is very close to shopping, boating, fishing, and all the beach adventures your heart desires. Tennis courts will be down all of May and June and should have half of it opened by the first of July.

- No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
- Parking notes: PARKING PASSES are issued at the guard shack. Only one car per bedroom is permitted. All cars in your party must have a parking pass clearly displayed. Please do NOT park in the owners' designated parking spaces unless you are an owner. Vehicles NOT displaying a parking pass are subject to be towed at vehicle owner's expense.
- NO boats or trailers allowed on Mainsail property.
- NO golf carts, scooters, or skateboards are permitted on Mainsail property.

*Weekly stays preferred in the busier seasons; Spring Break, Summer, and Fall Break*

The Perfect place!

The location was awesome, the condo was everything we wanted and could have ever needed, and it was right on the beach! The condo is on the third floor, which was perfect with a two year old, so we didn’t have to wait in on an elevator nor did it take long to walk up the steps. We will be back to this condo, for sure!!

Best kitchen views

Aug 4-7, 2023. Have never seen the water this crystal clear!!! Loved all the windows. Kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc…(bring Tupperware for leftovers). Great location to shopping, outlet mall is literally across the street. Great beach service. Will stay again.

Needs a lot of repairs

First the ice machine needs fixed or replaced and the refrigerator needs a good cleaning! The garbage disposal needs to be cleaned out, it had a horrible smell. Whoever cleaned needs to be replaced!! The coffee maker had mold and dried up coffee grounds left in it. The pans to cook with had greasy stuff left on them and some really need replaced.Loved the view from the kitchen window! The patio door in the dining room needs fixed, very hard to get open! Mold in master bathroom and both bathrooms need new shower heads! The lid on the washing machine needs to be fixed because it want stay up, I’m surprised someone hasn’t already complained about that!! The light on the outside needs to be fixed, it’s hard to see how to put in your code in the dark! The parking situation is a mess, thank goodness we had a handicap sticker! The condo is in a great location but it needs a lot of maintenance done to it! Sorry for the bad review but we were very disappointed!
