**Please use the designated paver parking pad in the front yard for your vehicle, and if additional space is needed, you may also park on the grass in front of the house. The driveway is reserved for the Guest House when it’s occupied, ensuring no one gets blocked in. One paver parking spot adjacent to the driveway. Please do not block the sidewalk per city regulations. Both units have access first come first serve to street parking.
We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine. A party/event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property of the amount of guests booked.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can't, so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night's stay, whichever is more.
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guests' arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.
Rules
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
- Do not open the windows due to extra security measures we have installed.
- Do not overload the washer/dryer, and do not wash any sandy beach items in the units. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
- Pick up and place all trash in outside garbage can before departure.
- Please wash all dishes and unload dishwasher prior to departure.
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside or in the outdoor areas.***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.***
