Beech 2 is a spacious home on two levels, plus delightful outdoor spaces on large upper and lower decks, surrounded by a forest of ponderosa and lodgepole pines.

The upstairs living area has an open great room with vaulted wood ceilings, sleek gas fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows affording stunning views of serene nature. The great room opens to a spacious dining room and kitchen, complete with a dining table that comfortably seats eight. The well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and ample work-space for whipping up simple breakfasts or gourmet dinners.

From the great room, step outside to relax with a favorite book on one of the outdoor chairs on the upper deck, where you can also enjoy year-round grilling and al fresco dining around a glass-top table for six.

The primary, king bedroom is on this main level and features a smart TV and an attached bathroom with a jetted tub and shower

Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms. The queen ensuite bedroom has a smart TV and access to the guest bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) and futon and a smart TV.

The outdoor deck area may be your favorite spot to hang out with gas bbq grill and private hot tub for your enjoyment.

When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with the home. Conveniently located near the ball fields, playground, and fun at Fort Rock Park, 2 Beech Lane will be a family-favorite for years to come!

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
