Welcome,​ it would be my pleasure to host you in our newly renovated home it has great space to unpack and explore the beautiful city of Indianapolis! The house sits close to downtown, the commute is 6 mins.

Great stay!

Very clean place to stay on a last minute getaway. We werent in the place, but to sleep and shower, but it was nice. Reached out to management with very quick responses and we are happy we chose this place!

Everything was wonderful just the gray couch was a tad bit uncomfortable and tipped over on me when trying to sleep.

Fine for a short stay

The apartment was very clean, but there is not a lot more to say about it. Towels were thin, there was not a set of sheets for the futon and it took a while for someone to bring them by. I wouldn’t stay if you need a third sleeping area, as the futons were very uncomfortable. Also while I don’t expect much, there was NOTHING in the house aside from a few bowls and glasses. No mugs, no coffee filters, very few house things. Giving in 3 stars because it was fine and clean, but you’ll need to bring anything you may need.

Excellent facility and good location

After a couple of hiccups on check-in, all went smoothly. Very nice accommodations, roomy for the three of us. A couple of suggestions: there were no coffee cups, and the living room gray sofa/sleeper was very uncomfortable. Also, the lawn was overgrown throughout our stay until the day before we left. The mowers did not clean the walks of clippings so they were tracked into the house. The location for us was very good, in the center of the events we attended. I reccomend this facility.

Not as advertised

This place was advertised as non-smoking, however when I walked in I could smell stale cigarette smoke. I had a headache by the time I left. I am very allergic Also, the front door bolt did not work. I didn't feel safe there so I had to go and find somewhere else at the last minute. I am VERY dissatisfied. Especially since it wasn't as advertised. I had to fight with the owner to get some money back. I do believe I should have gotten all of it back.
