Close to town with public boat launches, beaches, parks & dining. Within half hour of Priest Lake & Sandpoint and about an hour to Schweitzer & Silverwood. Enjoy winter & summer fun here!

It is an actively recording camera overlooking the front entrance and parking area which records video and audio. We chose this neighborhood because of it's comfortable family vibe. The homes in the neighborhood are all new and well kept and it's close to town and services.
What makes this property unique
I think what makes our home stand out in this area is the comfort level of the house itself. We work hard to keep everything in top shape for your enjoyment. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes ourselves so we took note of the things we found we really appreciate when we travel and tried to include it all in our home.
