We booked this place for a concert that we were seeing. Me and my friend were excited about staying here because it wasn’t 21+ and it was cheap. We arrived and they rudely refused to give us the room, and when we asked for a refund they said no. Also the place was sketchy, with people

This was a great location, however the room we stayed in could be "refreshed". There was slight damage throughout the unit.

Christmas mini vacation

The place was very cute! Lady at check in wouldn't let us check in early so we went and got something to eat! When we got back, she said she couldn't give us our room. So we got upgraded to different rooms! Now mind you our original room was king room with gas fireplace! What we got was 2 king bedroom with real fireplace! Didn't have any wood for it. Tried to contact host, because couldn't get wifi or TVs to work. Never responded back! Other than that it was alright! Would go back! Hopefully next time everything is working. Great location!

Avoid!

The home smells of wet dog and cigarettes. Most of the furniture is peeling and falling apart. The dishwasher was running when we arrived. The pictures are nothing like the condo. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was told we would get a full refund but have yet to receive it. And had to find a last minute hotel to stay in. Very frustrating experience, I recommend you never stay here.

Be responsible adults!

I am not lowering my rating because of the way residents choose to behave but I think management needs to set & in force some rules. While staying in building 5 I walked my dog several times a day the area straight out my door across the parking lot had 15/20 piles of dog poop I almost stepped in I find this disgusting that people can not clean up after their pet. Also there was a vehicle that was running for hours with people smoking & using the parking lot as an ash tray. The place, price, & location was perfect for our needs & we plan to stay here again hopefully minus the maze of dog poop to walk through.
