📝 THINGS TO KNOW
• Check-In/Check-Out: Self check-in available after 4 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out may be accommodated upon request but may include a fee.
• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards.
• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with terms and conditions.
• San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
• Top bunk suitable for child only.
‼️ ATTENTION
• Neighborhood Etiquette: Lively area during the day; quiet hours enforced after 10 PM.
• Safety: Guests should supervise children and pets (if pet-friendly), especially near stairs and outdoor areas.
• Guest Policy: Only registered guests may stay overnight; maximum occupancy must be followed.
• Housekeeping: Excessive mess may incur additional fees.
🚗 PARKING
• 1 compact carport space (83" H x 85" W x 358" L) – tight fit, best to back in.
• Approach requires a multi-point turn.
• Limited additional street parking & nearby public lots.
⚠️ Heads up: The city has an active construction project nearby that may temporarily block alley access to your parking space. Their schedule has been unpredictable, but they're aiming to wrap up by early May. Street parking is a solid backup option in the meantime.
🐶 PET POLICY
• 1 non-shedding dog under 25 lbs allowed w/ fee. Must be kenneled if left alone. No other pets without Coast approval.
