The pictures do not do the home justice. Very spacious and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. Did not realize until we were leaving that both sofa’s are sleepers. Having central air was a treat for me. An ample supply of toiletries and paper towels. An abundance of kitchen appliances, dinner and silverware, and glassware. The 1/2 bath very tiny but we didn’t need to use it. Spacious back yard with chairs, tables, grill, fire pit as well as an outdoor shower. The highlight was watching fireworks from the beach. 180 degree view of several fireworks!! Nice community.
Super clean, comfy, well appointed, light-filled, 4.5 stars
So much to like, and I'd bet the minor glitches will have been attended to, so don't hesitate to book this house. Clean clean clean! More kitchen supplies than Williams Sonoma. Comfortable furniture, loved the enclosed porch. Many thoughtful niceties, and very well stocked. It would have been 5 stars if we had been provided w more info upon first arriving. For example, telling us what day garbage was picked up, especially for a long stay like ours when the garbage can became full and excess had to remain indoors. Also, easy-to-locate WiFi sign-in info, and even a website or some kind of instructions re how to operate Roku TV. (We weren't able to get live broadcast news even after many frustrating tries.) As of mid-Sept 2024, the diverter valve in the shower required my husband's strength to rotate, the washing machine wasn't working, and the front door screen was badly ripped. Despite these disappointments, the house is clearly well into a very nice upgrade, so I anticipate the host will have addressed these issues, and you'll have a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
