You’ll be close to everything by car in Downtown Pineville (6 minutes), Downtown Charlotte (23 minutes), Airport (23 minutes), Ballantyne (7 minutes) but far enough to enjoy a relaxing in our hosting.

New luxury vinyl flooring downstairs and new carpet upstairs and fresh paint all around. Spacious kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, open to dining area and large family room. Both the primary and secondary bedrooms take a bath. Convenient powder room downstairs. Nice sized 'drop zone'between the attached garage and kitchen. Enjoy your staying.
