Welcome to a fully furnished cozy apartment for two located in the walkout basement of a new construction house. Comfortable living space with many extras, including a full kitchen with new GE appliances. Also included are a microwave, toaster oven, toaster, drip and Kurig coffee makers and coffee grinder. The TV is a new 43” Insignia smart TV will full internet and streaming capabilities. Entrance to Lake Pueblo State Park is just 5 miles away. Please note that we do not allow pets.
