About this property

Modern Loft in the Heart of Seattle

Beautifully appointed contemporary loft is located inside one of the original Seattle buildings. It offers historic charm and modern conveniences. Hand selected furnishings, soothing colors and lush finishes create a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring multiple attractions nearby. Stay in modern comfort while enjoying rich history of this 1908 building that is on the National Register of the Historic Places. Our property boasts 98 walk score, but public transit is nearby.

Parking garage entrance is 6'7" and parking space is 8ft x 15ft meant for up to midsize vehicles best.

Unit has city sky line exposure and positioned over alleyway between buildings. Occasional sound from passing cars/person may be heard. Since you are in the center of the city, police/service vehicles may be heard from anywhere. For your comfort, we provide a sound machine and ear plugs, but most guests do not find that it's noisy at all.

In our mild climate it is not common for buildings to have AC. However, for our guests' comfort we provide a portable AC from mid May to mid September. Even on a warm day, however, opening the windows and turning on floor fan will keep the property very comfortable.

Great location

We were in town for a show at the Moore and this was a perfect location. It was nice to park the car and know it was safe and secure. We could walk pretty much everywhere we needed to go. Pike place was a short walk which was nice. There were at a lot homeless around, but being from Vegas we weren’t phased. I walked to the Moore and back myself yet night and didn’t feel unsafe at all. There was a slight snafu checking in as we were given the wrong code for the call box, but that was resolved quickly. The place was clean and well appointed. There were no facial tissues however, which was a little odd. It was also hard to keep the temp stable. Upstairs would get really hot while downstairs was chilly. Maybe that was user error though. It is loud being downtown, so that should be expected. But, they provide earplugs and one night we used the fan which made some nice white noise.Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again and suggest it to anyone looking to stay like a local.

Great Belltown Location

This loft was a great location in Belltown of downtown Seattle. It was very clean and comfortable. So nice to be able to walk everywhere from here, especially the pike place market which is where we spent a lot of time.

Wonderful location, really easy access to restaurants and bars, walking distance to tourist areas and shops. Would gladly stay again! Plus on-site parking. Place was clean and nice, and hosts were great.Only pieces of feedback - would be wonderful if the top blinds worked since it is the level with the bed. Also consider adding a little more detail that you need to fully check in and get a remote before you can park a car, it was a little confusing. Thanks!

Well located

The loft is very nice, clean and well maintained in a secure building. Great walking distance to many things and really good neighborhood bakery and restaurants. A short stroll to the Pike Market! As noted in the listing, it is noisy, mostly in the alley behind the loft with trash pick up numerous times of day and night, which might take getting used to for those who don't live in an urban area. Typical of lofts, it was a little hard to balance out the heat as we were there during a cold snap, but appreciated having a fan that helped blow the warm air downstairs. Beautiful building and nice, modern loft setting with a lovely patio off the second floor. Hosts were responsive and accommodating in allowing a late check out for us.

If you're trying to get to know the core of Seattle, this place was absolutely perfect. Conveniently close to everything and so charming! We had so much fun exploring town and we really enjoyed staying in and getting cozy too, we had a wonderful time here. I can't wait to go back someday!

Walk anywhere in the city

I loved staying here. Very clean, comfortable and safe. We got the city pass and were able to easily walk to the space needle, aquarium, pikes place market and more. Awesome spot to explore the city. The roof has a view of the space needle too.

This apartment is exactly what it looks like on line. The location is perfect to walk to major attractions. There were several great restaurants within a couple of blocks. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. We will certainly consider staying again and would recommend it to others.

Just the Right Spot!

Our stay in Belltown was truly fantastic! This location couldn’t have been better—we walked everywhere, exploring Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and the breathtaking waterfront. Sure, the city noise was noticeable at times, but a quick white noise app on our phones helped us rest soundly after long days of adventure. The property itself was beautiful, with clean and light-filled spaces that made us feel right at home. If our travels ever bring us back to Seattle, we wouldn’t hesitate to book this charming Belltown gem again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice visit to Seattle

We enjoyed our stay. It was a little loud in the alley with the trash pickup and restaurants taking out their trash but the property was great. You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Having the washer/dryer was a plus.

Sleepless in Seattle

The property was exactly what was advertised, perfect location, very walkable! However, each morning at 5 am we were woken up by loud noises in the alley. (Garbage trucks, deliveries, etc) We were truly, sleepless in Seattle. The host was descriptive and made the process clear. They responded fast, but could be very snarky. Overall, a great place, but would not stay again.

Condo is beautiful. Location is great; several great bars and restaurants within 100 feet. Noise in the alley starts early and was the only drawback to an otherwise perfect stay.

Super Cute Condo

This condo is a perfect place to stay in Seattle. It is easy to walk to all of the sights. The restaurants located near the condo are wonderful places to explore. The pictures on the website are exactly what you get when staying here. It is a very clean place with a groovy vibe and cool furnishings. Let's talk about the bed, holy smokes....it is like sleeping on a cloud! It is located above an alley and the trash does get picked up at odd hours. We would just laugh and go back to sleep. We did laundry, watched Hulu and used the ac unit. Everything worked as it should. Don't miss out on heading to the roof with a coffee or cocktail. The view of the Space Needle will make your family back home jealous. Here is the real reason you should stay here....Alex and Jose are WONDERFUL host going wayyyy above and beyond the duties of a VRBO host. They were very responsive to all my many inquiries as VRBO was being noncommunicative. I urge you to book this fantastic condo, you will not be sorry!

Pre-Cruise Stay

We stayed prior to our Alaskan Cruise. Great walkable location with restaurants downstairs and other restaurants and shopping nearby. The loft had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive before, during and after our stay. Only complaint was the noise. Easy walk to the cruise terminal at Pier 66. We would recommend Alex and Jose's place.

Weekend getaway

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO in Seattle! The location was perfect (just make sure to bring something to help with the alley noise that comes with the surrounding nightlife)— central and within a reasonable walking distance of most major attractions, making our sightseeing convenient and enjoyable. The place itself was fun and had a welcoming atmosphere, providing a comfortable retreat after our daily adventures. The hosts were amazing, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommended!

This space is to die for! I’ll be back 👏

I am a woman, who traveled solo, to Seattle, for a couple nights. It was my first time there so I was quite nervous, but it ended up being a trip of a lifetime! The space was perfect: clean, homie, safe, had a fun esthetic, and even quiet. The owners thought of everything. They explained everything perfectly. I was able to smoothly check in and out. The garage was a great touch. The location was impeccable. I walked to Pikes Place and down the waterfront to the water taxi area. I had a concert that evening and it was easy to get to the Space Needle/Climate Pledge Arena area. I was able to get a pedi cab for the ride home, that was super fun! I had a really fun night at the chicken wing place right next door. Wing Wednesday was a hit! I also enjoyed poke at Pikes Place, and delicious pizza by the slice super close by(I don’t remember the name, sorry). To sum it up I highly recommend this space for anyone 💕

Trip was great we enjoyed the location for getting out in around the area of Pike place and Climate pledge arena. Not a quiet area in the evening of Friday and Saturday night but a fun area. We used white noise to quiet the sounds of bars and alleyway it worked well. Alex and Jose were fast to respond with any questions or needs. Highly recommend eating at Limoncello or Bangrak Market during your stay.

We were only in Seattle for 36 hours. 2 nights here. Its a Great place. There was a lot of things giubg ob arou d the neighborhood. Clubs and music.
