NOISE ORDINANCE: Please be reminded that quiet hours need to be observed between 10PM-7AM. This is a residential area, so no playing music inside and outside the house, or making any loud noises during these hours. There are noise ordinances enforced by the City and you will incur fines up to $1000 for violations.

PETS: Pets are allowed, select number of pets during booking. $150 for first pet, any additional pets are $100 per pet. Keep pets off of sofa and beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300 is collected after your booking, this fee is not a charge, but a hold on the card and the hold will be released within 7 days after checkout. A non-refundable deposit will be charged for renters under 25 yrs of age,
