Welcome home to Green Point Villa! Our home is ready to welcome you for lake fun and relaxation, Springtime with the family, and the 2025 Clemson Football Weekends.

This 4 bedroom home is furnished to make your stay feel comfortable and easy. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, 1 queen bed and a bunk bed in the Lakeview room, 1 queen bed in the cove view room and 1 queen bed in the loft. The living room is spacious with vaulted ceilings, a large cozy sectional couch and additional club chairs for lounging and taking in the lake views. We have a puzzle/activity table behind the sofa with 2 stools for that vacation chill time. The kitchen is very well equipped and has tons of counter space with an oversized island and additional coffee/beverage bar. There is a drip coffee pot, Kitchenaid air fryer/toaster oven, extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage and dishwasher. Two ovens and gas range make it a great place to cook or reheat any meal! There are 6 seats at the breakfast table, 4 counter stools and 8 seats at the dining table. Everyone can have a place for meals! There is also a 4 person table on the covered porch and 4 person table on the stationary dock with umbrella.

2 Full bathrooms plus a half bath are equipped with bath towels and hand towels for your convenience and are all on the main level. The primary bath has a tub/shower combo and the hall bath has a shower. There is also a powder bath located just off the kitchen. An additional TV room is located in the basement area just down the spiral stairs through the laundry room. This is a cozy 2nd living area and great place for kids to play or have a movie night. A ping pong table is also in the basement for those competitive at heart.

The backyard of Green Point Villa is the highlight of this property. There is over 160 feet of water frontage and expansive water views of beautiful Lake Keowee. The dock has deep, clear water with a new ladder and 4 chairs to sit and watch the world go by. We have 4 kayaks available to use including 1 double kayak. The lawn area is also a nice large play space and has a sunken firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs on one side. This is a favorite spot when the sun is setting and you are ready to relax. The back deck is equipped with a sectional and 4 person dining table, plus a charcoal grill and retractable gate across the stairs for small child safety as needed. The walk down to the water is just a few steps and very gentle slope. Additional lighting is also on the walkway to make it usable anytime of day!

The house is 25 min to Clemson university, 15 min from grocery/restaurants and shopping in Seneca and a boat ride across the main channel to the Lighthouse restaurant and marina. Come and enjoy all that Lake Keowee has to offer!! Find us on Instagram @greenpointvilla

Wonderful Stay on Lake Keowee!

Our family has stayed on Lake Keowee for 10 years and this is a lovely property! We had 6 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone and everything we needed. We enjoyed games, puzzles, ping pong and exploring the area. The owner was very responsive to questions even on Christmas Day!

My family of six stayed at the lake house. The house is beautiful and spacious, great location on the lake. There were kayaks available for us to use. The owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Lakeside getaway!

We had a great stay to celebrate my son's Clemson graduation. The house is comfortable and clean, and we loved the dock and porches. I had to clean the back porch furniture before we could use it. Overall, this was a great property and one I would absolutely rent again!

Nice lake getaway

I really loved many things about this property. Expansive views of the lake from main living areas, nice sunset views, availability of kayaks. The town doesn’t really offer much by way of dining or shopping, but I was content to sit on the dock, use kayaks and swim all day. Getting kayaks onto the dock was an effort, but we enjoyed them. Communication with owners was excellent. Only improvements would be better ladder to get into the lake, upgraded furniture on the porch -which is a great place to spend your mornings and afternoons, lake towels, and laundry soap.

End of summer family retreat

We decided last minute to take a family lake trip before our kids go off to college and this was the perfect place. The house was pretty and clean and was a great place to relax. We enjoyed the short walk to the dock and the backyard was beautiful and overlooked a great cove. It was a great house for our family and we hope to return again soon!

This home is even more beautiful in person! Perfect spot on the lake. The kitchen is beautiful and lots of room for everyone to sit and eat family dinners. The view is amazing. Will most definitely be back!

Great property with a beautiful view. Our family ate all our meals on the large, covered deck. Mature trees provide privacy from the adjoining properties. We would definitely return to this property for another family vacation.

Clemson weekend

House was great and very comfortable. We were busy with Clemson activities, so we were not able to spend a lot of time at the house. Will definitely return to rent the same house for a longer period of time. Great view and relaxing.

We loved staying at this house. Lovely decor. Amazing views. Loved the back porch and bonfire pit. And it was easy to walk down to dock and jump in and float. It was so nice to have access to the kayaks. And enjoyed playing ping pong. We loved it all. Thanks!!

FANTASTIC The house was great for mulitple familes. The open floor plan, the many bedrooms, the loft, the amazing porch. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the large lawn. The ping pong table. Just awesome!!!

Lake house retreat

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home with a gorgeous lake view. Our host was easy to communicate with . We were in town for a college graduation with family but wished we had booked a longer stay. We enjoyed kayaking, sitting by the dock , swimming fishing, playing ping pong. The kitchen was well appointed , the furnishings and bedrooms very comfortable. We would definitely return !

Entertaining friends for Clemson football weekend

The view was amazing over the lake and the weather was fantastic. The main floor was perfect for entertaining and sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have the extra fridge (although not particularly clean). It would have been nice to have some sharp knives (the most expensive knife is a dull one - bc of the accidents than can occur). The downstairs was not really a spot we would use to entertain, it was more of a room not yet ready for entertaining and more unfinished / for owner storage. Our hostess was responsive. We were there for a football weekend and the rate was almost double what it would have been given the published rates we saw. It would have been a nice touch to provide wood for the firepit (which was a fabulous addition for our purposes and given the weather) especially given the premium we paid for a check in and check out that was 2 nights, 1 full day (the day of the game) and check out mid morning on Sunday. All in all a 4/5 for these few reasons. Our guests enjoyed it - my comments come as the hostess and the one that absorbed the cost of the reservation. Great memories made regardless!

Nice View and Location

The views were great and location on the lake. We had a nice family trip. There were a several issues. The first our boat became loose from the dock due to the cleat being pulled out due to the deck rotting So that was scary and luckily we saw it and were able to recover the boat. Second day a board on deck completely popped up and nails were sticking up high. This was due to the boat being tied to cleat on it and the rotting board could not hold the pulling. The one side of the dock became dangerous so we could not use it and that was where the swim step was. The house is nicely layed out. One room is a loft with open walls to downstairs so it is not private and was very hot up there. One bedroom is tiny and there is no where to put your luggage or items in the room. Only a little spot in the closet. The master and other bedroom where nice. There are only 2 full baths in the house. The guest bathroom’s showers had no hot water which was extremely inconvenient to have everyone shower in the master shower and we had 8 adults in the house. We told the owner the issues but they did not offer any solutions or refund which was very disappointing. With only two showers and a listing that the house will accommodate 10 they should install and outdoor hot/cold shower which would be great for the summer months coming in from the lake.
