Newly built ADU 2 bedroom, 2 bath in great area of South Oceanside half mile from the ocean. The 1,000 s.f. house is at the back of the property on the second floor. Large living area many windows providing ample light and ocean breezes includes high ceiling, TV sitting area, dining area and kitchen and pantry. Kitchen has all new cabinets, countertops and appliances. There is a nook and desk and high speed internet!
Bedroom #1 has a TV and bathroom en suite with large shower. All rooms have ceiling fans most furniture is brand new (new beds!). Both bedrooms have queen beds. Bedroom #2 does not have a TV.
