NYE stay

Great apartment and location in the OOB. Perfect place for our NYE getaway to spend with friends. Pet friendly too. Would stay again.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed this place. Cozy and very clean with everything we needed; coffe maker and coffee filters, dishes pots and pans etc, towells sheets pillows and blankets. Very welcoming and nice little apartment and walking to the park and the peir was nice,very easy walk.

Ok but not for 6 person

We were 6 person ans There was not enough chair for everyone at the table or in the living room and not enough plates . The fan was very noisy Overall a familly of 4 (2 adultes and 2 kids) would be ok but not 6 adults

Not worth the cost

I understand Old Orchard Beach is a popular destination and it costs a little more to stay but for the amount charged I expect the unit to be clean, in good shape and have all the amenities at that price point. The kitchen had mismatched plates and cutlery - and not enough of some things to serve 4 - pots and pans. the bathroom towels were tiny, the floors were dirty, and there was one futon and no chairs in the living room for seating, The wifi was a joke - it dropped calls, videos, etc. Oftentimes the option for the unit wouldn’t show up when you went to wifi in your utilities. Website’s wouldn’t show up and videos would just buffer forever. The positive was there was parking and it was close to downtown OOB and the Pier.

Fixer upper

Light bulbs out , lack of furniture, shower curtain attack , no toaster or blender . Garage sale put together. Great neighborhood and manger had great communication with us . Just missing on some things
