Just finished top to bottom remodel of this charming 1920's bungalow within walking distance to U of A, 4th Ave and downtown. Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 2 queen beds. Full AC and heat. Wifi, Apple TV with HBO, Netflix, etc. Tons of privacy and quiet. Back deck and back yard. New kitchen with farmhouse sink and all the amenities. Premier host with 5 star properties.
