Guest Access:
You'll use a key fob to enter the building and take the elevator to your floor during your stay. The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a code that is unique to your stay and expires after you check out for added security and peace of mind.

At check-in, you'll enter the building using a call box before retrieving your key fob from inside you room.

All access codes are sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

The Neighborhood:
The location is unbeatable - just steps away from the iconic Louisville Palace and Mercury Ballroom, where you can catch some of the best live music acts in the region. Plus, you're within walking distance to Fourth Street Live, an entertainment district filled with bars, restaurants, and shops.

And that's not all - you're less than a mile from Whiskey Row, where you can sample some of Kentucky's finest bourbons and soak up the city's rich history. A few blocks further, you'll find the trendy neighborhoods of NuLu and Butchertown, both packed with art galleries, cafes, and boutiques.

Getting Around:
We're in the historic Guthrie Coke Lofts at 566 S 4th St, in the heart of downtown Louisville.

We offer paid onsite parking to guests for $20/night in the open lot directly behind the building. If you've paid for onsite parking, instructions will be provided at check-in.

For loading/unloading luggage or other items, you can park your car in front of the building entrance or in the nearby loading zone with flashers on.

The Clay Commons Parking Garage at 350 W Chestnut St is another parking option a block away from the building for $25/night, but there are plenty of other garages or paid street parking in the area

Other Things to Note:
We don't charge extra guest fees, but we do offer a pull-out sleeper sofa. If you plan to use it, please arrange that service in the concierge link you'll receive after booking and we'll provide extra linens. We charge $15 per reservation to cover the additional laundry costs for sheets, blankets, and towels.

There is a shared laundry room on each floor of the building with free use of the washer and dryer.

Cool spot.

Massive rooms with vaulted doors. Didn’t get to out the patio but it was kinda cool. Kitchen was a little small but for a few guys trying to hit the bourbon trail we used it simply to store our drinks

The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for the four of us. Loved the outdoor patio! The location was perfect and the CVS on the corner was so handy. Super easy to either walk or uber to where we wanted to go. Great communication with check in, check out, and how to contact someone for any other needs. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for being such a great host!

Downtown Louisville apartment

The property served our purpose well. It was centrally located near 4th Street live and the YUM Center. It was clean, comfortable, spacious for the 4 of us. It could host more people if allowed.

Most everything was great.

The main shower (not master) was plugged with a huge glob of hair and we had to clean out in order to take any more showers in it. The sink in master bath is slow and pry needs looked at. The location was great and we walked to most everything and left our car parked. We had most everything we needed. The rooms were a little more dated in person but were fine for what we needed.

Great Location to the Bourbon Main Street Mile

Spent a week exploring Bourbon distilleries in Louisville and surrounding areas. Coke Lofts were an excellent location for our home base. We could walk to Main Street purveyors and restaurants and take our rental car out to other distilleries in the countryside. Parking is in a lot behind the building -- highly recommend purchasing parking there as street parking is metered. The apartment is cozy and worked for two adult couples.

The property is in a good location but a bit run down. It was dusty and needed some repairs and a refresh. The owner was very responsive to issues when they arose.
