Great space for a small family

This house is so close to the NewBo City Market - a new highlight in Cedar Rapids. We were within a 7 minute drive of everything we needed. It was great to grill and cook in the full functioning kitchen, the beds were super comfortable, and it was wonderful to come home with all our laundry done. Maggie has done a great job renovating this home. We had a wonderful stay.

Clean and cozy

We stayed here for a weekend away with friends for a Hawkeye football game. Price was fair, owner was easy to reach and responded to questions about places nearby to eat after a long drive. Three bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with linens provided was great for less to pack. Neighborhood is a little run down but don't let that deter you from this home! We would stay here again.

Impressive place looks like new and so clean

The entire home is decorated beautifully, and could not have been cleaner. Freshly painted wonderful furniture, bedding - top notch all the way. Such a relaxing place to stay. I'd definitely tell anyone wanted to go to Cedar Rapids to choose this home. Even has a basement decked out as a nice bonus room with full bath. Owners were excellent, responding to questions and offering access to a firepit and chairs in the backyard.

Wonderful place to stay!

Everything was nicely decorated and equipped. It was just like the photos! Our family of six plus my father all enjoyed our stay. We met the neighbors and enjoyed the local tavern as well as explored Newbo area. Our trip was centered around an event at the convention center downtown and our commute there and back was always easy and quick. I was worried that in the June heat we might be warm in upstairs bedrooms. But the fans helped keep the temp comfortable for sleep even though the daily temperatures outside were in the mid 90s. We had pleasant evenings and mornings on the front porch and back yard and the kids enjoyed the games in the living room. Logging in to our streaming apps was a breeze on the televisions and our older kids could use the xbox we brought easily. There was also a baby gate and a pack n play for our younger one. Will definitely stay here if we have another event in Cedar Rapids!
