Loved this cottage for our family of four. Had everything we needed to be comfortable, cook meals, beach days, rainy days, full package. Walking distance to the beach was very convenient. Loved the town and area to walk around at night and for morning strolls. Mark was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.
Had a great stay at Mark's cottage for our weekend at the Rhythm and Roots Festival and beach. The property is in a great location, steps from the beach, clean and easily accessible. Mark was a very accommodating host and would definitely stay again.
On Sunday 7/16 we were “flooded in” by a huge rainstorm. I believe it was a nor’easter.
Missed my family reunion that evening flooded almost to 2nd step.
We were the only house flooded in such a way.
