Perched high up in the mountains of Park City, this is a true 3200 sq ft mountain home with amazing views of the mountains and backcountry skiing/snowboarding/mountain biking down the street. Conveniently located between Salt Lake City and downtown Park City, you can easily access both cities and ski resorts on both sides of the Wasatch Mountains. It sits away from the traffic and congestion of downtown Park City, and the peacefulness of nature surrounds you. Sitting in the hot tub, you feel like you're by yourself, surrounded by the forest.**there are many stairs. Not good for people who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Liked: Communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
So much potential
Pros:
Hot tub was clean and worked great
Host was very responsive
House is secluded
Views are beautiful and it is quiet
The use of a washer/dryer is nice
The use of a garage is nice (although we didn't use it much).
Cons:
The house was not cleaned well at all. The bottoms of the shower & shower doors were very dirty, the kitchen faucet had dust and grime all over the coil, and the floors in the bathrooms were not clean. There were cobwebs throughout, and some of the sheets were stained.
I did not see anywhere in the listing that we would need to walk up 50 stairs in a dark, dingy staircase just to get to the front door. The pictures did show the 3 floors inside the house, but not how far we would be carrying luggage. And many of the stairs (about half) leading up to the front door are uneven, requiring the use of the handrail that doesn't look like it has ever been cleaned.
The beds were very uncomfortable. Two of them had a bar going down the middle that you could feel, and the mattress was very hard
The cupboards are falling apart in the kitchen
The towels are very cheap (one ripped while drying)
The house has so much potential with some deep cleaning and updating.
