This 2741sq ft home is packed with all the comforts of home! The layout is open and inviting! The home features a stunning kitchen with solid surface countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a large 65” HD Smart TV, fireplace, leather sectional sofa and amazing views of the forest directly behind the private backyard. The master bedroom has a lovely king size bed, spacious closet, Smart TV and full en-suite bathroom! Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the upper level each have a queen size bed and share a full bathroom. The lower level has an entertainment area with a large Smart TV, huge and comfy sectional couch and game table. There are also 2 more bedrooms on the lower level, both with bunk beds which share a full bathroom. There is a full sized washer & dryer in the laundry room of this home, also located downstairs. This property has a large fenced backyard with a fire pit and grill.

*Things to note: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 10 guests and 3 vehicles unless otherwise approved. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, there is no partying or any loud noise or music and there are quiet hours from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM each and every day. We have $500 first-time noise complaint violation. Double that for a second violation and immediate eviction applies. No smoking or vaping or pets are allowed on the property. Guests MUST obey neighborhood speeding limits.
