We stayed for a week trip for the rodeo. The house is really cute. Driveway is a little snug but we made it work. The host was very attentive and helpful. The only concern we had was the tight driveway.
Nice to place to stay for us and our 3 college students for the AM&OSU Bowl game.
Host did a nice job making sure everything was clean and check in was easy.
We were in town for a conference during the very unusual cold weather. We let out hosts know the heater was not keeping up and they brought us space heaters that helped immensely! The stove and the toaster didn’t work quite right, and the washer was unplugged, so we’re not sure if that worked, but otherwise, a functional location, It’s a basic location but filled mostly with all of your needs. Neighborhood was quiet. Truly gracious hosts.
I am so glad i chose this location. Downtown in the middle of everything. It was great for hopping on and off the interstate. Two full bedrooms so that was a plus. We will stay again.
It was easy to find the property and the property manager was great at communicating. The drive way is tight so you’ll just have to unload everything before parking but everything was great. It looks small from the outside but the inside is very spacious. Would definitely recommend.
The house was cozy but comfortable. It was my cousin and I and we attended a concert during our stay. It is located in 3rd Ward. The block is very quiet. So if you’ve ever lived in the hood in your city you’ll be fine. It’s only sketchy to suburban folks.

Not what I was expecting
The bed had a plastic covering under the sheets that made us sweat all night. The shows nozzle fell off & the towel smelt dirty. The washing machine did not work & we had to go to a laundromat.
The house is small but cute. It was perfect for myself, my 17 year old daughter and a friend of mine. The neighborhood is quiet, but kinda sketchy at night. It looks run down, but there are houses directly beside it and across the street that seem to have been just built so it's not terribly bad. We ran out of toilet paper, but the owner promptly had some delivered. I would stay here again.

Location not that great
The house was cozy. The neighborhood is not that great and had sketchy people walking around at all times. Not sure if they were stray dogs, but there were 3 big dogs barking at people around the house unattended and unleashed. The internet didn’t work at all and was never fixed while there.

Semi good
The house is in the middle of the hood, next door to two trap houses. The Place had also had bugs, when we addressed it to the host she said that they weren’t their prior. I tired to get my money back through vrbo and they wouldn’t send me my money back.
Never walked inside so those pictures may be accurate, Although the location & outside of the property isn’t. “Sketchy area” doesn’t even begin to describe it. It’s difficult to remain in an area/property when the first thing you watch a drug deal happening right outside. This of course is no fault of the owner, but it is what it is.
It is a cute small house, neat and tidy. There were 3 adult women who stayed together. One found the couch conversion to a bed, uncomfortable and bunked with one of us. Could has used a few more things in the kitchen, only 2 forks, 1 roll of paper towels, not much for cooking utensils or oven mitts. A few extras would have made it an exceptional stay. Same in the bathroom, no shampoo, but a small bottle of conditioner. Only 1 roll of TP for 3 people for 5 nights. We bought many more supplies and left them in the unit. All said, we would definitely consider renting again should our travels bring us in that area again.
