142 ft. waterfront on all sports Long Lake, 2 1/2 hours from Macomb County. Updated bathrooms both with showers, fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and more, 3rd bedroom loft with room to sleep many with smart TV. Amazing lake views, including sunrise, from the back room. Large lot with new patio, grill, and bonfire pit. Spacious yard with 3/4 acre property with volleyball court and space for outdoor activities. 2 Kayaks with life jackets available to take on the lake. Enjoy fishing from the private dock or jump in the water to cool off. Public lake access for this fun and active lake with sandbar to anchor and hang out. Walk 100 yards to the Long Lake Bar and Grill (great food/drinks, DJ/dance floor/Karaoke) and 1 minute walk Corky's Market, Trailside Eatery (grinders and pizza) across the street. Local activities: Rifle River 10 mins. with hiking, bike trails, and hunting, 35 minutes from West Branch and East Tawas on Lake Huron, tubing on Au Sable 30 mins, snowmobile and ORV trails near by, Huron National Park, Lumberman's Monument, Rose City 15 minutes. Many great local restaurants within 10-30 minutes.

We love the property as it is walking distance to Long Lake Bar, Trailside Eatery and Corky's Corner Store. Additionally plenty of room to play games and enjoy the outdoors.
