Relax in one of the many seating areas downstairs or enjoy the tropical breezes swinging in one of the hammocks. 50' concrete dock to store your boat with direct access to the Gulf or Ocean to enjoy some world class fishing or pull up to one of the nearby sandbars. This bright and cheery 2 bedroom home is located in the peaceful subdivision of Eden Pines where you are certain to see some Key Deer wandering around. Peacefully located 32 miles from the famous Duval Street.

Located on a quiet road, this location has a neighborhood boat ramp just .3 miles away. Concrete seawall to accommodate your boat. Heavenly Hideout is sure to provide everything you would want on vacation. Find a bright and open space with lots of natural lighting and a multitude of windows. Cool tile flooring throughout, soaring vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous kitchen with granite countertops create a welcoming gathering space perfect for entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen with beautiful bar top seating for 4 and an indoor dining table for 4. Comfortable couch in open living room with views of your upstairs screened in balcony. On the ground level, you will have a barbeque grill to cook all your fresh catches. Play a game of ping-pong or just soak in some sunshine on one of the loungers.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Find the primary suite with a King bed, en suite bathroom with a stand up shower. The primary bedroom includes a large smart TV and closet for storage. Guest bedroom is equipped with a Full bunk bed and an additional twin trundle bed and closet. The full guest bathroom is just a few steps away from the bedroom.
OUTDOOR LIVING...
Breathe in the fresh ocean air in your private outdoor space. Relax on one of the loungers, picnic table, or outdoor shaded seating area. Smart TV downstairs to watch your favorite sports or shows. Barbeque grill, outdoor sofa and char, large outdoor shower and sail shades to provide all the comfort you could want.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
We are partnered with a fabulous concierge service that can assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!
Guests are only allowed to check-in on premises between 4:00 P.M. and 11:00 P.M.

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable Security Deposit of $1500 will be collected at time of booking. There will be a 4% credit card processing fee that will be added when paying with a credit card.
Rates for the year: January- December $6,000 a month.
