Welcome to Neverland! This large family home has been in our family for over 30 years. In addition to the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is ample living space for enjoying the lake from inside or out! This was a primary residence for 15 years, so all primary amenities are available. We love this lake for the friendly family atmosphere. It's s safe comfortable home close to Colegate University, Morrisville College, and only 30 minutes to Syracuse.
