The unique "Yellow 1930s Spring Charm" welcomes a getaway, family, and/or work retreat! This home is in the heart of Diboll with many authentic features preserved.

The Yellow 1930s Spring Charm home has a large cozy porch, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, 1 primary bedroom with a king bed, a 3rd bedroom/office with desk and queen sleeper sofa, living room with sofa, table, TV, and two comfy chairs, dining room with dining table and 4 chairs, kitchen has refrigerator, double oven, microwave with basic kitchen utensils and a bath and a half. Fence in backyard to come. (Many 1930s original features, including recent restored hardware floors) - both bathrooms recently completely updated.
