Minutes from I20, this cozy cottage offers a relaxing place to rest and plenty of room to park boats, horse trailers, etc. The entire space is freshly updated and provides a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and the most wonderful tub for a nice soak!

Why they chose this property
From the first time we viewed the property, we knew the cottage would be perfect for guests needing a cozy, convenient place to stay in Monroe/West Monroe. The cottage is mere minutes from the Ike Hamilton Expo Center, ULM, and the sports complexes. We love how beautifully the remodel turned out and we've loved hosting a variety of guests here.
The cottage is at the back of a small community and provides a quiet, private place to stay right in the middle of town!

What makes this property unique
The best thing about the cottage is that it's quiet and private while still being SO CLOSE to everything you might need. The extra parking is great for folks pulling boats/trailers. The place has been so lovingly decorated and furnished, so it's extra welcoming when you need a home away from home.
