It is a cute place that was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen was large so cooking was easy. It was really convenient to get anywhere, especially the hockey rink.
We had a nice stay in this first floor space. The kitchen was bright and new with treats and a personal note when we arrived. Comfortable beds and easy parking. Thank you for our stay.
The house was in a great location and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the farmers market on Saturday morning. Also enjoyed having coffee on the front porch. Everything in the house was as described.
Great place for us to stay while visiting our daughter at ISU. Close to campus but away from the noise. Very clean and cool historic home.
Owner was great to communicate with and even left some snacks for our arrival with a personalized note.
Sheba Queen was a perfect location to the event we were attending. It was convenient to food and gas and the house was exactly what we needed. Small with ALL the amenities we could ask for. It was clean and very comfortable, which after a very long day of sitting through the NPC Mid-America Winter Classic, we appreciated! We highly recommend this home if staying in the Bloomington-Normal area! Definitely 5 stars all around!
We were in town for homecoming weekend and I was thrilled to find this VRBO near campus and downtown. It was spacious and we were able to fit a pack n play in both bedrooms. The AC worked well and having a full kitchen, large table, and washer and dryer accessible was really convenient for our family. The host was easy to communicate with and even went the extra mile to ship us back a baby monitor we forgot.
We came in for the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, and stayed in this quaint and charming home. We did a lot of front porch sitting. Host was easy to reach and very accommodating.
Short walk to the trail.
Great visit ❤️
My wife and I loved it! The check in process was very easy, the property is very comfortable and located in a nice neighborhood near many local venues and attractions. Danielle the host was great! Would definitely stay here again.
Lovely house, super clean, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. Area is quiet. Home offered comfortable furnishings, beautiful house plants, big windows and lots of light. Excellent communication with owner and very easy to access house. Very clear instructions and information about the stay.
For one of us coming from Milwaukee and one of us coming from St. Lohis, this was a great place to meet and hang out for a night. The unit is cute, comfortable, and super clean, for a great price. We look forward to coming back sometime!
This house and host were fabulous. All of our expectations were met and the house was in a quiet location. We will most definitely be back! Clean, organized and a very nice place to spend a few nights. Can’t say enough a hit how nice the house was!
We weren’t there long, just an overnight on our way south but the accommodations were comfortable with very reasonable rates! So much better than a hotel.I liked that she had tags on all the kitchen cabinets so it wasn’t necessary to hunt through them all to find what you needed. Our hostess was very helpful and responsive.
Perfect home base to visit with my son at college. He stayed and we had a great time. Beautifully decorated. Very well organized and for superb communication from the host. Will be back.

I really appreciate the little things that make a stay so much better, like coffee/creamer/water, stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and surprise extras in a treat basket. I appreciate not needing to purchase or bring items when traveling light. The rental was cute, clean, quiet, and super comfortable. Easy parking, convenient location. Loved the plants and aesthetic. Great wifi, tv, and airconditioning. The host was very nice and super responsive. We travel to Bloomington a couple times a year from Colorado becuase my daugher attends IWU and this is our new favorite place to stay!
