The owner has thoughtfully outfitted the home with everything you need to prep a gourmet meal or wow your friends with a nifty drink: quality gas stove and bbq grill, blender, "crush" press, and more! The rental also comes with 2 bikes, several beach chairs and boogie boards. There's even a desk in the loft if you have to do a bit of work while vacationing. Renter wristbands for use of amenities can be purchased from a Clubhouse Attendant via credit card for $38 per person (ages 6+) per week from 9 am to 6 pm daily. Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
