WE ACCEPT LONG TERM STAYS! WE OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR MONTHLY STAYS, UP TO ONE YEAR.
For longer stays, we require a cleaning of the apartment minimum once a week which has an additional cost of $850 pesos weekly and includes washing bedding and towels.
WE ALSO WELCOME BITCOIN PAYMENTS
We allow pets for longer stays, minimum 1 month
