Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the top floor of the Amelia South complex. Gorgeous ocean views from your private balcony. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom also has a comfortable queen bed and the full-size bathroom with a jacuzzi tub is right next door. The living area has a new queen sleeper for extra space. The condo also has a fully functional and completely equipped kitchen, and a laundry area. There is also wi-fi throughout the property for your use. Come enjoy paradise.

Located ocean front on the white sandy beaches of Amelia, this property is perfectly situated for you to enjoy a short or long stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms with in house laundry. The kitchen has been updated and is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. But you are also right across the street from the Surf restaurant if you decide you aren't cooking. Enjoy morning coffee on your private balcony that over looks the blue ocean waters, and gorgeous beaches. Imagine waking up to a spectacular sunrise daily. Wander the miles of sandy beaches right outside your door. You can do everything or nothing at all. It is all up to you.
