About this property

Contemporary three bedroom condominium makes a great comfortable home base for exploring the Bucerias area, just south of Nuevo Vallarta. Enjoy convenient nearby shopping, Flamingos 18-hole Golf Course, exceptional beaches, and popular Bucerias, home to many fine restaurants, shops, and bistros.

This third floor condo has a main area with living room, and kitchen. The spacious patio is covered, and lots of windows bring in the natural world outside.

The kitchen is great for any Chef, with luxurious cabinetry with self closing drawers, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for your stay.

Six guest can comfortably stay at Believe 302. There is a master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, along with a walk in closet. The first guest bedroom offers a full size bed, and the other has bunk beds. All bedrooms have smart TV's. The bathrooms present on demand hot water heater, along with luxury sinks and faucets, showers, and high end finishes.

This 10 story development has its own roof top area with jacuzzi with incredible views of the mountains and sea beyond.
