We really enjoyed our stay. Everything you need and recently remodeled. Nice and spacious. Worked perfect for our needs. Highly recommend it as a place to stay!
Had a fantastic visit with family!! Home is spacious, looks just like the pictures, plenty of room for family to spread out. Took advantage of the two stoves for cooking Christmas dinner. All amenities worked well, heat, hot water, gas fireplace, washer/dryer. We travel with our own comforters, but visitors should know bed & bath linens are minimal. Yard is huge for kids to enjoy. Easy access to/from main roads. Take it slow on Crow Hollow so you don’t pass the mailbox for 734.
This property was excellent for a short family vacation together. There were 3 generations. Very spacious and clean. Property owners were friendly and attentive. Our grandson loved the playground right outside the cabin. We took day trips to Mammoth Cave NP and Dinosaur Land. Evenings were spent playing games and relaxing together.
The homeowner communicated promptly-we really appreciate that! The rooms were large and spacious so there was plenty of space for everyone. We did find some things to be grimy-blinds, light switches, etc. But overall, we really enjoyed our short stay.
The house was a beautifully well kept home on farmland outside of Elizabethtown, KY. Getting there was fast and easy from the Western Kentucky Parkway, and we were able to pop into town to visit with friends and family as well as make a day trip down to Mammoth Cave National Park. The hosts were attentive and courteous, even making a special trip out on Thanksgiving day to address an issue that popped up.
We're looking forward to visiting again!
It is as it was advertised, which was what I was looking for. Only ding is the cleaning fee, which seemed a little high.
If anyone finds my daughters phone at the bottom of the pond, feel free to keep it. I caught 3 bass in 1/2 hour though, nice!
My husband, our friends and I spent our weekend working in Big Clifty, Kentucky with our chosen 501C3 charity, Putting Prayers To Action. The house was about 10 minutes from their warehouse and it worked perfectly for us. Four bedrooms, two baths and if needed, we could have cooked for an army in that kitchen! The view was restful after our busy days and we hope to stay again next time we come to work.
