Nauti Mermaid, our one-bedroom/one-bath condo, is the ideal beach home for adult couples. Furry guests are welcome, too, as it is pet friendly. The living and kitchen area have recently been updated with new tile, paint, appliances, quartz countertop, and sink (Photos coming soon.) The space has been designed to allow for ample, organized storage of all your items. Guests do not have to live out of their suitcases. Nauti Mermaid has everything you need for a home away from home.

In doing our part to be eco-friendly, we supply detergent sheets and wool dryer balls for laundry and a Brita filter for water. It’s a small step, but these items cut down on unnecessary waste.

Guests have access to the outdoor swimming pool with poolside sun loungers and tables. Sip your favorite drink, bask in the sun, and take a dip when you need to cool off.

I offer more than just a place to stay. As a local gal, I can suggest places to go and things to do in the area. The beach is our main attraction, but we have much more to experience. The digital guestbook provides much of the information you need in one place.

I am fully invested in my property and manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and cleaning. I go well beyond standard with upscale bed linens, two pillows per guests, plenty of bath towels, high quality paper products, Cephalon cookware, Le Cruset bakeware, and new stove and microwave. By staying in the property regularly, I can identified nuances that improve the quality of the condo and make your stay that much better.
