3 days in Dublin
I found the location very confusing as it is not near the picture shown. 2 cab drivers could not find it. We were dropped at the wrong location, and had to get another cab. There was no hot water at the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink.
Location was great and owner let us leave bags before check in which was great.
Slept 6 which was accurate but had difficulty finding and getting in because of slow response from owner. Luckily someone else let us in the building and cleaner was in the unit.
Closets were full of stuff so couldn’t hang clothes.
Some lights didn’t work and phone was hanging from wall. Needs some fixing up with paint, light bulbs, towel heater repair and would be better for the price.
The only positive about this place was the location. Everything else was awful. It was not esthetically pleasing, that we good have dealt with. However, the place was not cleaned well at all. Dirty blankets and broken chair in one closet, other closet full of linens, dirty dishes in dishwasher, leftover food in fridge, moldy bowl in freezer, and bathroom full of random toiletries I am guessing other travels left behind but almost no hand soap. Toilet was a big issue and required a lot of repeated flushing attempts until it would finally "send the shipment" as the host stated when I request that the toilet be fixed. Also, there was mold in the bathroom, especially noticeable on the ceiling and around baseboards. I absolutely would not recommend staying here.

Dirty and unhygienic
Great location and good directions so we were full of hope. No toilet roll on arrival which was if nothing else a bit inconvenient. Property manager offered to drop some in the following day and didn't seem to get the point when I suggested that might be a bit late!
The worst things were these.
1. Sink didn't drain the only bathroom. Very unhygienic
2. No light bulb in one of the bedrooms
I brought these matters to the managers attention and he said he would sort after we left. Not the response I was looking for. Add to this one out of 3 dirty sheets and a dirty towel.
Have further raised since leaving the above that is unsatisfactory and have been accused about lying about toilet roll (why would you??!!) and causing the blockage in the sink. No response about other matters. Just got the impression owners had my money and didn't care. Very disappointing as in all other respects Dublin is a great city to visit.
We booked this location but did NOT stay because there is NO PARKING ANYWHERE near. I specifically inquired about parking & was told that we could park in front of the building which was completely false. It would be fine to Uber to the location but it would have been better for prop manager to have been honest. I told her we would be driving. Plus, the prop manager was completely unavailable to contact while we were trying to find the place. I asked Police, hotel concierges, people on the street directing traffic, workers -no one else knew how to direct us to the place. Just because it's on Eire code doesn't make it easy to drive to.
Do not stay here if you are driving-Uber, walk, bicycle, skateboard but do not take a car to Temple Bar area. We drove all over Ireland easily, but Temple Bar is not easily accessible by car.
Another thing to note, is that Temple Bar has recently (July 2023) been the site of attacks on tourists in broad daylight. Be aware of your surroundings! Just to let you know I am conservative & over 50 but it was my liberal, 17 year old, Pride flag waving, edgy daughter that begged us not to stay in the area because it was too scary for her. After 2 hours of frustration trying to find the place, inability to park & lack of communication with prop manager, we ended up finding a different place to stay and thus forfeiting our money. After about 3 hours, manager responded via messaging instead of putting info on the App so I did not get them.
