Drive down fern canopy driveway, over the water Ford and up to our private home surrounded by natives and the most incredible view to the ocean, Matakana Island, Mt Maunganui, BOP inner harbour and beyond.
Endangered Kereru (Wood Pigion) Tuis, kingfisher, Parrots, while Pukeko and Pheasants wander the property. You can hand feed “Flint” the alpaca that looks after his “flock of sheep”. The homing Pidgeons can be seen from the deck ducking and diving, they are beautiful to watch.
Visit the nearby Kaimai ranges, enjoy the many activities the bay of plenty has to offer.
Explore the Bay of plenty, Auckland motorway, Hamilton and Rotorua only 90 mins away. Only 1hr 15mins from the famous Hobbiton movie set, 35 mins from Tauranga, 45mins from Mt Maunganui . Waihi Beach 20 mins away, Whangamata 50 mins.
