Dunkineely stay

The property was comfortable, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor & 2 upstairs. There were 2 bathrooms on the ground level and one upstairs. Easy trip into both Killybegs & Donegal Town.

Fair stay but some issues!

Overall, the place was OK and clean but we did have a few problems. Both downstairs showers flooded & the main one was clogged and gross. We all had to use the upstairs shower which was also dangerous and slippery with a broken shower door. Four of us stayed at this location and we were ONLY given one towel each with no other hand towels. There was NO internet even though the listing said there was. This was important to us in order to maintain contact back home. Also, not really a view of the water as advertised.

Nice home in a quiet town in Donegal County, IE

The house has plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which makes for quick showers for everyone in the morning. The kitchen is nicely equipped and everything including the wash machine worked well. The town has a nice market just three doors down and is minutes from Donegal and other sites like Sliebh League cliffs. The rooms were comfy and quiet and our hosts were attentive and gracious. Thanks!

Comfortable cottage in quaint village

This was exactly what we were looking for - a quiet place just minutes from Donegal town. A great base for exploring Slieve League and northwards. If you’re looking to be near crowded pubs with live music, this is not the place. But if you want to dive into real Irish life, you definitely should stay here.
