We stayed on this property for 3 nights during our elopement with 7 of our family members. We all absolutely loved this property and really cherish the great memories we made together. I would describe the home as rustic, medieval, quirky green carpet in some places, vintage hardwood furniture, occasional taxidermy, and full modern kitchen. I really appreciated how clean the home and property were and the thoughtful and loving details in every room (e.g., many clean towels in each bathroom with soft gray makeup towels; plenty of nice matching dishes/cups). The treehouse with skylights and half bath was also a neat bonus. Our dogs absolutely LOVED exploring this property too. Even though there are only two full baths (and two half baths if you include the treehouse), each room generally had at least one sink so that was helpful for facilitating getting ready. The expansive backyard has an art studio, trampoline, small playground, fire pit, hot tub, and clean outdoor kitchen. Lauren was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful. I really appreciated how open and communicative she was about having vendors on site (e.g., table/chair rentals, staging, hair stylist, make-up artist, and photographer). I think you can really get a sense of how much care and hard work they put into hosting, and we are so grateful for them sharing their home with our family. We will always remember their hospitality and highly recommend this place.
