Guest BEWARE

Our family vacation was almost ruined by this company, very grateful VRBO has customer protection policies in place in case of last minute booking cancellations!! We were notified by multiple agents of the team of the “unexpected” system glitch day of, just as we were landing in Tampa. Just the day before we made the final payment with no mention of any issues with the actual booking, in fact, telling us that they looked forward to our stay in the Longboat Key home. Well, this home is also a time share and turns out the family that actually had the real booking has been reserving it that same week for the passed 30 years! Instead, we were offered their “best alternative”, a condo (apartment-style, not a home) with less rooms and bathrooms, and overall almost half the square footage than what we originally booked. Their apologetic gesture for what they thought was a “minor” inconvenience was two $50 gift cards. BEWARE BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!

We have come to love Longboat Key for the relaxed "no fuss" atmosphere. The Gulf of Mexico is famous for gorgeous blue water and white sand beaches. We love the quiet and carefree pace that comes with the absence of high-rise buildings. We hope you do too!
