The space is on top of a hill that is surrounded by beautiful nature with mountain, city and water views. Entrance to the Knockan Hill park is just 20 meters from the house through a catwalk. It is a forest like park where you can hike and look at beautiful panoramic views and tall pine trees.

Including 01 queen bed, 01 sofa bed and 01 single bed

The neighborhood is quiet and respectful so we would like to request the same from our guests. No parties please.

We make every effort to create a comfortable and relaxing experience for your stay. You can adjust to your preferred temperature in each room. There are seasonal plants and flowers in the suite. Kitchen is very well stocked. Please let us know if you need anything during your stay and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Guest access
You will have private entrance to private suite with kitchen & dinning area, bedroom with queen bed, living room with sofa bed and office area.

Parking is on the side of the house near the entrance of the suite at the rear. There is alternative parking on street in front of the house as well for larger vehicles. There is a smartlock system to the suite entrance at the back of the house.

Close access to all highways using Helmcken Rd., McKenzie Ave. and Wilkinson Rd.
Other things to note
There is a short drive to go to downtown/Chinatown Victoria and many beautiful parks, ocean, forest, lakes and trails.

Walking distance to Knockan Hill park with city, mountain and water views. Bus is 400 meters away with Route 22 going to downtown Victoria in 20 mins ride.

We live in a quite neighborhood so absolutely no parties here please. You are welcome to enjoy time with guests who stay at this suite but it is not suitable to invite people to attend a party here.
Please close all windows and turn off lights when not in use.
For your safety, please do not walk past the end of our backyard/garden as the ground may be uneven at the property line to the park.
